Annual Meeting results are below:
Elected Candidates:
1. Cornelius, with 209 votes
2. Mansour, with 153 votes
3. Rayfield, with 147 votes
The following candidates each had less than 134 votes; therefore, they
were not elected:
· vanHeyningen
· Breedlove
· Altmeyer
Truck Amendment:
224 YES;
112 NO;
however, the threshold to pass an amendment
must be 289 affirmative, unless 431 voted (only 355 voted by proxy
or in person)
We had 5 proxies that were in question that would not throw anyone
over as a winner, if used.
